Remember now, though, that Usonia is the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave, however those terms are used for a very slim spectrum of the populace. Ah, but if only you could train entire generations to enjoy the taste of boot leather…nay, not just enjoy, but crave.
Are we getting to that point in the evolution of the Usonian empire? The craving? Certainly not healthcare. I don’t see them actually having any coherent goal outside of attempting to live forever2 in their own personal and contrived Disneylands. Meanwhile a great deal of the voting public choose to only dream of being these bastions of bulk lame cruelty themselves. Yes, yes, one day it shall be me wearing the boot. And then I’ll show’em. I guess we will see what we shall see come November. Perhaps that’s what everyone is hoping for, some magic pixie dust is going to spread through DC, and everything will be right as rain once more. Just never mind the fact all this apparatus, this stuff your taxpayer dollars are being used for, started with Reagan, and was advanced by every administration thereafter whether donkey or elephant.

I am waiving my hands in the air here. Trying to get some bit of positive flotsam to congeal like mana about my digits. Nothing arrives but the cats’ mewlings. Why am i bothering with being a gadfly when I could be giving them treats and letting them dance on the laptop keys? There’s other tasks that need doing, besides. Like moving the red dot around. Or cleaning the sand pit. Or giving them treats. Why do primates have so much anxiety when they could just follow cat law? I have no reasonable response to this.
